What is your money-back policy?

We offer a 14-day refund guarantee for subscriptions purchased on Windows PC through Stripe.
Users whose subscriptions are billed as an in-app purchase through a digital marketplace (App Store, Google Play etc.) can request refunds through the relevant digital marketplace, which has the exclusive right to issue a refund. You will need to contact store support directly with such a request.
